IN OFFICE AMOXICILLIN TESTING IS NOW AVAILABLE:

We are thrilled to announce a new offering at our office that we believe will be a huge benefit to many of our families: in-office amoxicillin allergy testing for children over 5 years old who had their amoxicillin reaction over 12 months ago.

For years, a suspected amoxicillin allergy has often meant a referral to an outside allergist, leading to extra appointments and inconvenience. We understand how difficult it can be to navigate these extra visits, and we wanted to make this process easier for you and your child.

Our new in-office testing program is designed to help determine if your child truly has an amoxicillin allergy, saving you time and giving you peace of mind. The process is simple and safe. It will be conducted by our experienced staff right here in our familiar office setting.

Here's how it works:

  1. Initial Televisit: The first step is to schedule a televisit with one of our providers to discuss the testing in detail. During this visit, we will review your child's history and ensure they are a good candidate for the in-office challenge.
  2. In-Office Appointment: If your child is a good candidate, we will schedule an in-office appointment. This appointment will last approximately 90 minutes and will be closely monitored by our team to ensure your child's safety and comfort.

If you believe your child may have an amoxicillin allergy and you'd like to learn more, please call our office at 630-810-0900 to schedule your initial televisit. We look forward to helping you with this new service!

COVID-19, INFLUENZA AND RSV TESTING: We offer same day COVID-19, Influenza, and RSV PCR testing and results. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.

2022 FORMULA RECALL:  Click here for a list of store brand alternative formulas for those that  have been recalled.  Please click here to see the FDA news release regarding the recall of certain powdered infant formula.

INSURANCE CARDS: Please be sure to bring your current or new insurance card to each visit. By doing so, this will allow us to verify your insurance coverage and process your claims in a timely manner.

PATIENT PORTAL: The Patient Portal is open for use! The portal allows the user to see future appointments, view immunization history, request prescription refills and update demographic information. Please call our office at (630) 810-0900 for your unique User ID and Password. Once signed up, you can easily access the Patient Portal at this homepage directly.
