Dr. Eason

Please welcome our new physician, Dr. Hunter Eason.

Dr. Eason graduated from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine in 2018 and completed his pediatric residency training at University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital in 2022.

He joined DuPage Pediatrics in November of 2023.


Dr. Davis

After almost 30 years with DuPage Pediatrics, Dr. Robert Davis retired on December 22, 2023.

We wish Dr. Davis well in the next phase of his life!

COVID-19 INFORMATION Updated 11/8/2023

  • The CDC recommends the 2023–2024 updated COVID-19 vaccines: Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Novavax, to protect against serious illness from COVID-19. None of the updated 2023-2024 COVID-19 vaccines is preferred over another.
    • Everyone aged 5 years and older should get 1 dose of an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against serious illness from COVID-19.
    • Children aged 5 years – 11 years who are unvaccinated or have previously gotten a COVID-19 vaccine before September 12, 2023, should get 1 updated Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
    • People aged 12 years and older who are unvaccinated should get either:
      • 1 Updated Pfizer-BioNTech or updated Moderna COVID-19 vaccine
        OR 
      •  2 doses of updated Novavax COVID-19 vaccine.
    • People aged 12 years and older who got COVID-19 vaccines before September 12, 2023, should get 1 updated Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Novavax COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Children aged 6 months–4 years need multiple doses of COVID-19 vaccines to be up to date, including at least 1 dose of updated COVID-19 vaccine.
    • Children aged 6 months–4 years who are not vaccinated should either get two doses of Moderna vaccine or three doses of Pfizer vaccine.
    • Children aged 6 months–4 years who got COVID-19 vaccines before September 12, 2023, should get one or two doses of updated COVID-19 vaccine depending on which vaccine and the number of doses they’ve previously received.
  • COVID-19 vaccine recommendations will be updated as needed.

GENERAL INFORMATION ON COVID-19 AND DUPAGE PEDIATRICS Despite COVID-19, DuPage Pediatrics is committed to remaining open. We will be operating with reduced hours.We are also excited to announce that we are adding Telemedicine Visits via video/phone when appropriate. These services, along with doctor phone calls will be billed to your insurance. Billing for these services is essential to maintain the viability of our practice.

Please be sure to bring your current or new insurance card to each visit. By doing so, this will allow us to verify your insurance coverage and process your claims in a timely manner.

DuPage Pediatrics serves as a Medical Home, especially for children with special health care needs. The Medical Home is a relationship between the family and our health care professionals who care for your child. DuPage Pediatrics offers your family the services of a Patient Care Coordinator; Cara Long, RN. Cara is available to coordinate care, provide information on community resources and/or services, and assist families in organizing/tracking medical information.
