When circumstances make it impossible for you to pay your account in full, the business office will work with you to establish a payment plan. You will be asked to sign a letter of agreement relative to the payment plan agreed upon.

We do not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company regarding usual and customary charges, deductibles or covered charges other than to supply requested factual information. Refund balances of less than $100 will be refunded within thirty days of receipt of payment.
