Physicals for Schools, Camps, Sports:
Due to the large number of school physicals that we perform, please call and schedule your appointment as early as possible so that you will have the greatest number of times and dates from which to choose. School,Camp and Sport Physicals are available and being scheduled at this time!Schools physicals may be scheduled upto six months prior to the beginning of the school year (April or later) for most School districts. Please check with your particular school to be sure of their policy.
Children With Special Healthcare Needs
DuPage Pediatrics serves as a Medical Home, especially for children with special health care needs.The Medical Home is a relationship between the family and our health care professionals who care for your child. As part of our Medical Home, we have formed a professional/parent team to help us promote quality care and deliver expanded services to children with special health care needs.
